Membership Application

To apply for membership in the BAYSIDE R/C Club, Inc complete the following:

1. Read the Club rules by clicking here.
2. Print out the application form with your PC. Be sure to:
   1. Fill out the form completely.
   2. Provide a copy of your current AMA membership card.
   3. Submit the form, with a copy of AMA card and appropriate fees to:

      Will Sievert, Treasurer
      18866 Afton Avenue
      Saratoga, CA 95070

3. You will receive in the mail:
   1. Membership card.
   2. Member I.D. Badge.
   3. Current year identifier.
   4. Combination to the flying field gate.
