For those of you that might not see this on Facebook or heard there might be a field closure this weekend, read on.
Here is the latest on the railroad crossing repair scheduled for the weekend coming up. There should be no impact on our access to the field. The work will take place at night and the road will be open during the day. They may use steel plates or temporary asphalt and It may have just one lane but it will be open. They are hoping to complete the bulk of the repairs Friday night but it could take Saturday night as well.
To finish the job, they will need to do permanent paving which will take place on Monday when the asphalt plant is open. How that will impact access over the work area is unknown. There may be delays in crossing but we still expect them to have a lane open for traffic.
